Peacefully at Caressant Care, Bonnie Place, St. Thomas on Monday, April 2, 2018.

Marjorie Irene (Hamilton) Helka (formerly of Belmont) in her 89th year.

Wife of the late Lewis Helka (2008).

Loving mother of Gordon and his wife Michele and Melanie deBlieck and her husband Rodney all of R.R. #1, Belmont and Melissa Coxhead  and her husband Roy of Belmont.

Dear grandmother of Amanda, Christopher and Katelyn Helka and Lauren Kelley and Hayley and Seth deBlieck.

Also survived by a sister Eileen Hamilton of Edmonton.

Survived by several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by a sister Norma Taylor and by a brother in law Raymond Taylor.

Cremation has taken place.

Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.).

A private family graveside service will be held at the Necropolis Cemetery, Mapleton at a later date.

Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or to Belmont United Church would be appreciated.
