Obituary of Harold Allan Weir

Harold Allan Weir of London (formerly of R.R. #1 Dorchester) passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday June 19, 2024 in his 78th year. Loving husband of Gail for 52 years. Dear father of Bill (Kathy) of London and Matthew (Lindsay) of Dorchester. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Ethan, Elizabeth, Maliya, Emmett and Blake. Brother of Ronald Weir (Marion) of Dorchester. Also survived by nephew Nathan Weir (Cheryl) and great niece Lucy. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Marjorie Weir (nee Hill) Sisters-in-law Betty Wells (Randy) and Sheila Asals. Allan worked in auto body for 24 years before returning home to farm with his father and brother in Dorchester. He then continued to farm with his 2 sons. Allan was very proud of his heritage and enjoyed a good conversation with anyone who came in the lane. Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Tuesday 2 hours prior to funeral service - 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.) where the funeral service will be conduct at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Robin's Hill Cemetery.
