Pauline Marie O'Byrne (nee Cowie) (April 28, 1943 to January, 6, 2024) after a courageous battle. Pauline passed away peacefully at home in Dorchester with family by her side on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in her 81st year. Survived by her sons Scott and Daryl (wife Amy) all of Dorchester and grandchildren Sean (Michelle) of London and Ashlee of Dorchester. Also survived by sister-in-law Trish Carrette of Indiana. Predeceased by her husband Michael (2015); son Dan (2020); parents Edwin and Doris Cowie and by sister-in-law Joy Lewis. Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.) where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. Private family interment Dorchester Union Cemetery.
