On January 2, 2024, John George (Jack) Lorimer a resident of the Dorchester Terrace in his 93rd year. Husband of the late Georgina (2016). Father of Joanne Kennedy (Wayne) of Thames Centre, Jackie (Jim) Watcher of Orleans, Ted (Leigh-Anne) of Glencoe and Brad (Tracy) of Dorchester. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Melanie, Allison, Katherine, Danielle, Heather, Ben and Luke. Great grandfather of Josephine, James, Nevaeh, Liv and James. Predeceased by his sister Frances and a grandson Robbie. Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Monday, January 15, 2024 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.). A Masonic Service under the auspices of Merrill Lodge #344 will be held at 6:45 p.m. A celebration of Jack's life will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place with interment of cremated remains at Dorchester Union Cemetery.
