Obituary of Cathy Watson

Cathy Watson (nee Plumb) of Dorchester at Woodstock Hospital, Woodstock on Monday, October 10, 2022. Cathy was loved in all the best ways possible and will be missed by her husband Doug; loving children Eva and Steve (Dilley) and Adam and Shawna (White); special step kids Mark and Heather Watson and Sherry Watson (Rob). Adoring nana of Katlyn and Elizabeth O'Neill, Molly and Maddie Dilley, Liah and Jaxon White. Dear "gramma" of Dylan and Dawson. Loving Gramma Cathy of Jordan Maudsley. Step grandmother of Gavin and Bialy. Born and raised in Dorchester, Cathy was predeceased by her parents David (1989) and Louise (1975) Plumb and parents in law Lois (2015) and Jim (2020) Watson. Survived by brother Dave (Carol) Plumb of Belmont; her sisters Chris (Ken) Ramsay of St. Thomas and Laura (Ken)Simmons of Nova Scotia. Nieces and nephews include Jamie Ramsay (2013), Carol Paduch, Matthew, Jarrett and Nicole Simmons. Great aunt to Robyn (Nick Patingo) and Nic Ramsay and Adelyn Simmons. Cathy was a life long employee of Borden's, Silverwood's, Ault and Nestle where she will be missed by her dear niece/co-worker/great friend Carol Paduch. Cathy held dear to her, always, her friendship with Bob and Helen White along with many other friends too numerous to mention. Cathy believed in living life to the fullest, living each day as though it may be the last one she had on earth.
