Obituary of Bob Crandall

Robert Gerald Crandall of Dorchester in his 87th year passed away peacefully at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on February 23, 2021 surrounded by his wife and children. "Bob" is survived by his wife Jan (Gristey) and predeceased by his first wife Audra (Fishleigh)(2000). Father of Gary (Anita) of Belmont, Connie van Boxtel (Tony) of Ingersoll and Bonnie Hopper (Randy) of Thorndale. Loving grandfather (papa) of Daniel (Stefanie), Robert (Shannon), Jeremy (Jessica); Diana, Jill (Eric), Michelle (Mike); Jim (Chevy), Kevin and Jennifer. Great grandfather of Benjamin, Audrey; Trent, Tommy; Nolan. Brayden; Clara, Brynn, Azyln; Kyle, Natalie; Lincoln. Survived by brother Wayne and brother in law Jim Maurice. Predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Clara (Breen) Crandall, sisters Ruth Muers, Jean Christian, Marjorie Maurice and brothers Bill and Larry. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Ingersoll and lived and farmed nearly 60 years in the Dorchester area while driving transport truck for many of those years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Saturday 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.) Private family service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
