Obituary of Edward Nurse

Nelson Edward Nurse passed away peacefully with his wife Margaret (Shyne) by his side in Bergen, Norway on August 28, 2019.

Ed was the best dad a girl could have to Christine Renaud (Bill) and Janice Worosz (Peter) and step father to Cat (Kitty) and Nick (Pam).

Loving grandpa to Lauren (2001), Logan and Julia and step grandfather to Jacob and Ryley.

Brother to Carole Dawdy (Bob) and uncle to Rob and Aaron.

Predeceased by his first wife Patricia (1990).

Cremation has already taken place.

A celebration of life will take place at the Lions Senior Centre, 2066 Dorchester Road, Dorchester on Saturday, September 7 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. with words of remembrance at 2:30 p.m.

The family asks that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, London Area Office, 180-633 Colborne Street, London, ON N6B 2V3.
