I don’t think I ever told you what a huge impact you had on my life. Maybe I didn’t really realize it myself until I heard you passed and started thinking about it more. When I met you and started working with you at Thorndale Nature Ponds it changed my life. Little did I know at the time, that I would end up with my own pond business one day. You taught me so much about interacting with customers, and people in general, just by being yourself. Your excitement for all the things life has to offer was unmatched at times. I have so many memories of us fishing, hunting, hunting sheds, working on my vehicles. If I needed help you were always there. You were more than a best friend to me. You were and always will be my brother. You will always have a spot in my heart and my thoughts.

My deepest condolences to all of Fester's family.
I've know Fester since I was about 15. I remember he messaged me when he found out I was started at Cascades. He looked out for me when I started. When my birthday came around l, he told everyone to wish me a happy 40th, I'd just turned 35. He then made a sign. He was such a character and genuine soul. He will be missed! RIP my friend.

I met and worked with Fester while at Cascades. We always had lots of laughs. I will forever remember his suspenders that he loved to sport while working. Rest easy old friend.

I remember a few years back...Chris was walking around the Mill pond and when he came back to his mum's ...so excited that he found some arrowheads, the way his face lit up was spectacular...I'll hold that memory in my heart....
