Dad was a soldier in the Salvation Army, volunteering many hours serving people Christmas dinners, washing dishes, helping in any way he could. He loved to share the word of God with anyone that would listen. Dad worked for the City of Toronto as a grounds keeper for many years, then was a supervisor. Dad eventually had to retire due to his health. Dad's last few years he lived in a nursing home as his health needed nursing care around the clock. Thanks to everyone that took time out of there busy lives to go and visit him and take him out from time to time. He did appreciate those times as we all knew that Dad liked to go out for coffee or lunch.
Rest In Peace Dad, until we meet again.
